Love Better

I began writing about sex and relationships during a tumultuous menopause. Through dating and conversations, I met others who wanted to talk about the things that were flooding my brain: What constitutes a healthy relationship now that we've been around the block a few times? What makes sex fun and fabulous, especially after midlife? Is sexual monogamy necessary to feel loved or is fidelity more important? How can men and women better understand each other?

We are the middle-age relationship disruptors and every day I discover another kindred spirit who wants to explore what it means to be a loving human.
